« Great product - High cost »

There is no doubt about the quality of the Sonicare product. It is well designed, works very well and is durable. I have owned mine for 4 years and the device still works like day 1.

My gripe: Why does a replacement brush head have to cost an arm and a leg?

I always try to use my brush head 3 or 4 month to make the price for replacement somewhat more reasonable.

Once I used a Sonicare Toothbrush, I can not go back to a regular toothbrush. My teeth feel so much cleaner with Sonicare and I know I'm brushing every area of my teeth for thirty seconds. Amazon provided me with the best price and I signed up to receive automatic shipments of new brushes & this is so convenient. I have purchased many items from Amazon and never been disappointed, also, I take advantage of free shipping with a $25.00 or more order.

« Great brush heads HORRIBLE Amazon service »

These brush heads are good. They do seem to fizzle out too soon. I need to change them about once every two months.
The Amazon service is HORRIBLE on this product! I order over a month ago with Amazon Prime, while it stated it was in stock, and still have not received my product. I've only received updates on new shipping times. By the time Amazon send the update email and the time I try to cancel every time it says I can not cancel because my item is being prepared for shipping!
It's driving me crazy!
